Terms & Conditions

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Culture Elevate.® is a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

Registered Office: Seedhill, Paisley. PA1 1JE. UK


Details are provided in compliance with the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.


2. Provision of Services


Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services will be provided:

  • With reasonable care and skill

  • Within a reasonable time (where no timeframe is agreed)

  • At the agreed price


Specific service terms are set out in individual agreements.


3. Intellectual Property


All methodologies, materials, training frameworks, branding, and website content remain the intellectual property of Culture Elevate.® unless agreed otherwise in writing.


Unauthorised use is prohibited.


4. Payment


Payment terms are specified in proposals or invoices.


We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on overdue payments under the Late
Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.


5. Limitation of Liability


Nothing excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law


Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.


6. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

 
Refund Policy


This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


Business Clients


Refund and cancellation terms are governed by written service agreements.


Completed services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Consumers 


If purchasing online as a consumer, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period.


If you request services to begin within this period:

  • You may be charged proportionately for work completed

  • Cancellation rights may end once the service is fully delivered


Workshops & Events

  • 14+ days before event: full refund

  • 7–13 days: 50% refund

  • Less than 7 days: no refund


If we cancel an event, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

Culture Elevate.® is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment in all consulting, coaching, and training engagements.


We are committed to:

  • Promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults (where services involve them)

  • Maintaining appropriate professional boundaries

  • Ensuring safe working practices in workshops and events

  • Taking concerns or disclosures seriously and responding appropriately


Where required, we will comply with UK safeguarding legislation and statutory guidance.
