Our Story
The Leadership Team at CultureElevate.® has a combined experience of over 70 years, bringing a deep understanding of complex, people-focused organisations, including High-Hazard Industries, such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction, Policing and other Public Service Agencies.
Our passion is to transform organisational cultures by fostering inclusivity, empowering growth and driving innovation, helping teams and leaders navigate complex challenges, enhance psychological safety and build cultures of excellence.
Our Leadership Team

Alan Devine is Business Relations Director at CultureElevate.® supporting organisations to achieve their vision through strong people practices, positive culture, and a focus on wellbeing. He is a leadership and performance coach, experienced trainer, and mental health and wellbeing advocate, as well as a public speaker on these topics.
Alan retired from Police Scotland after more than 20 years of service, concluding his career as a Response Sergeant. He holds a BA Teaching Qualification for Further Education from the University of Stirling and brings extensive experience across multiple sectors, including high-hazard environments such as mining and firearms operations.

Andrew Park is an experienced leadership coach and trainer, supporting culture, performance, and development across sectors.
Andrew retired from Police Scotland after 20 years, reaching the rank of Acting Police Inspector. He led training for hundreds of recruits, designed leadership programmes, and supported neurodiverse individuals, alongside operational and high-risk policing experience.
He holds a BA Teaching Qualification for Further Education from the University of Stirling , diplomas in Police Leadership and Training, Learning and Assessment, and a Certificate in Terrorism Studies, bringing a unique blend of operational expertise and organisational development to help teams thrive.

Katy Eckert-Turnbull is an Executive and Leadership Coach with over a decade of experience helping leaders and emerging talent excel through authentic, values-driven leadership. She specialises in aligning personal growth with organisational goals, building resilience, and navigating complex leadership challenges.
With 16 years in offshore oil and gas and extensive experience in high-pressure corporate environments, Katy delivers executive coaching and designs cultural development programmes. She holds a BSc and MSc in Psychology and Anthropology and is an EMCC Senior Practitioner. Passionate about applying science-backed research, she develops high-impact solutions that help leaders unlock their potential, inspire their teams, and drive lasting results.
